Initiatives ranged from expanding investments in renewable energy sources to encouraging education and cultural exchanges, all in the pursuit of safety and security within the evolving geopolitical landscape. 📍 “Discover Uruguay" Event: Unlocking Business Opportunities An insightful event, "Discover Uruguay," was co-organized by Enterprise Greece SA, the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), the ΕΒΕΑ - ACCI | Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the SEVE Greek Exporters’ Association and was supported by Eurobank. 🎯 The event featured discussions on bilateral trade relations and highlighted Uruguay's strategic position as a regional hub. Reflecting on a remarkable week at the Sixth China International Import Expo (#CIIE) held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai: At the beginning of this month, I had the privilegde of attending "Enterprise Aviation North Bund" -- Guests of International Investment and Financial Cooperation Forum of CIIE 2023 walk into the North Bund activity. With the theme of "Open Development and Connectivity", the event provides a platform for investors, entrepreneurs, industry experts and government representatives from various industries to exchange and cooperate together, share experiences, discuss trends, and seek cooperation opportunities and win-win ways. Here are my thoughts and highlights. - The event is unique for me because it is the first time that the offline events have been fully resumed after the pandemic and also the first CIIE event i attended after coming back from NL. Personally, it is a positive and warm feeling to mix with the international investors and automotive industry specialists, such as Khamis Buamim Investments (#KBI), Saudi Investment Group (#SIG) and #PlumVentures. - In terms of my work, I am very happy to receieve serious thumbs up from investos, with whom I discussed the international development and strategy of my company. I forsee strong potential for my personal growth that will equipe me with the right knowledge and necessary communicaiton skills in the long run to remian relevant in the commertial automotive industry that is moving towards new energy vehicles. - The high recognition and confidence of the international investment community in the #NorthBund Shanghai and China's business environment shows the great potential and infinite charm of the North Bund in the global business competition. This reaffirms my belief that Shanghai is poised to offer a stable and sustainable ecosystem, contributing significantly to the Asian region. - In the spirit of practicality, navigating such a vast expo required anticipating the distance I'd cover each day. Opting for sports shoes over leather shoes proved to be a wise choice for comfortably exploring the diverse offerings of CIIE.
