WORKSHOP “POLICY INFORMATION ON LABOUR, EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY" 📍 This morning, the Workshop “Policy Information on labor, employment and social security" was organized by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) in Hanoi. 💡 The workshop provided the proposed amendments and new points of Decree 70/2023/ND-CP amending Decree 152/2020/ND-CP regulating about foreign workers working in Vietnam and recruiting and managing Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam. 💡 Participating in this event, AHK Vietnam and other businesses had the chance to address our queries regarding this topic.
