HCMC, November 12 – The German Business Association (GBA) hosted a vibrant New Member Onboarding session at Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City. This event marked the induction of 40 new members who joined in the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year. The sessions were graced by the presence of GBA Chairman Mr. Alexander Ziehe and GBA Board Member Mr. Jan-Christian Koldehoff.
In his address, Chairman Mr. Ziehe provided an insightful overview of the GBA’s mission, vision, and pivotal activities within Vietnam. The GBA remains dedicated to its core mission of bolstering economic and trade relations between Germany and Vietnam, advocating for its members, and nurturing synergies with key partners.
The agenda also featured an in-depth discussion on leveraging the advantages of GBA membership and the synergistic benefits of dual membership with EuroCham. Special emphasis was placed on the unique opportunities provided through the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam), which is integrated into the worldwide network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs).
The session concluded with a networking event, fostering connections among new members and reinforcing the GBA’s commitment to community building and active member participation.
